The Challenge​
Founded in 1912, Gramercy Neighborhood Associates is one of the oldest community organizations in New York City. GNA's main funding source is membership dues from long-standing members in NYC's historic Gramercy Park community. To ensure growth, GNA needed to maintain existing membership with their older demographic through traditional outreach via snail mail, and attract new members in a younger demographic through internet, social media strategies, and community events.
